Then….it all changed on a plane ride from Nashville to Cleveland…
I’m naturally introverted and I hate talking to people on planes. This day was different because there was something about this woman and I had to meet her. Her name was Kimmy and we decided to try a business together. Business failed. Kimmy was meant to be a part of my life because she introduced me to the woman who helped me change my life....forever! Her name is Juliana and she helped show me how to get out of the rut, how to be unstuck through Breathwork. I became a Trained Breathworker through the Nashville School of Breathwork. I show nurses how to avoid the same pitfalls in 1:1 chats and a unique annual group setting.

C’s Crucial Core Workshop
A mental health day is healthy, but when every day feels like you need a mental health day it’s time to explore what’s really going on.
The Crucial Core workshop is 10 modules in a live, virtually led, small group setting with other nurses and nursing students. It includes several different strategies to help build your resilience while in a safe, supportive environment. I help you find the best tools that work for you! The groups are kept small so you get my full attention. Strategies include: Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, specialized visualizations, and much much more!
All participants receive two 1:1 sessions with me to during the workshop to explore your individual needs and help make sure you achieve your goals!

Breathwork is NOT for individuals who are:
Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI), are suicidal, or are homicidal. Breathwork is not meant to take the place of traditional conuseling services or work with your psychologist/psychiatrist, or other mental health provider. Although a breathe-only session is a wonderful complement to work you're already doing with a mental health provider, it will only be an option for you WITH YOUR PROVIDERS WRITTEN PERMISSION. If you have chronic respiratory dis-eases such as COPD, Asthma, or other respiratory illnesses or Iron Deficiency Anemia you will need to discuss with your physician and provide me with a doctor's note prior to your first session with me.
